"We had an amazing stay here for our family reunion! The house was super cozy and spacious, and the hosts were communicative/helpful if we needed anything. The driveway coming in is a tight dirt road so be cautious! We also saw bears in the backyard a few times which was a cool experience. Be safe and don’t leave food outside. Overall an awesome experience!"
"We love to stay here when visiting Black Mountain. The only thing I could say that might need improvement is the caulk in our shower. It needs replacing as it looked moldy."

"The Barbie House was my 8-year-old daughter’s dream come true! Nestled just down the road from the incredibly charming town of Black Mountain, we walked into a sea of pink and pure Barbie magic. No detail was overlooked. This home makes kids feel like they’ve stepped into their very own play world, and it brings out the kid in every adult too. We loved all the thoughtful touches, and the host was nothing short of amazing. We’ll definitely be back!"
"We had to travel to Black Mountain for work but wanted a location that was not just a hotel as we needed to stay 10 days and wanted to feel more “at home”. This property worked great! Plenty of space, beautiful scenery, well-equipped kitchen, and close to where we needed to be. Will definitely look at this property again if we need to come back to Black Mountain/Montreat."

"Lovely home with lots of charm! The kitchen looks much bigger in the online pics, but we made it work - lots of rubbing elbows :-) Beautiful views but make sure your car can handle the hills up and up and up… and up! Use the directions they send rather than GPS. "
