"Check in took was at 4pm. We arrived at 2:30 and requested early check in. We were told the room would be ready in 20 mins and they would call or email us. We heard nothing and arrived back to the counter at 4. Room was still not ready, we waited half an hr before being told it was a maintenance issue, they could downgrade us from floor 24 to 18 if we didn’t want to wait. It was disappointing. Our room was decent and still had a great view of the American falls though. There were no other issues during our 2 day stay. In and out privileges for self-parking on site @ US$75 per day"

"Very clean and newly renovated rooms. We stayed in room 10. It was a bit small but perfect for a couple. Only thing is the walls weren’t very noise cancelling. You could hear the other rooms around you as well as all the pipes. Maybe bring a fan to drown out the noise. But overall I would stay here again"
