"Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! Unfortunately a few things over shadowed the stay. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming down; Guest services knocked on our door at 7:20 am and attempted to enter - my friend and I had spent the nite after seeing a show and I always use the inside lock to double lock the door - the employee would have just entered the room! We were later told we were on the same floor as a group that needed to gather and leave by a certain time. We inquired about breakfast and were shown where and told the time after having dinner at the hotel. While eating a staff member came over and gave us a bill and told us to put our room # on it and it would be added. I went to the front desk and was told that it was an ‘a-la-crate’ hotel. The charge was $50! I was firm in saying that they needed to post it somewhere whether in the room, signage outside the breakfast room, or be told at check in he replied I could have asked a staff member, I told him we did and were given the time and location. He asked if I would be satisfied w paying 1/2. I sighed and said I suppose then mentioned it was bad enough that an employee tried to enter our room w two single girls - he then apologized and wrote off the fee. Valet parking as there was no parking lot was an additional $30."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and everything well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was that several of the electrical outlets in our room were loose and would not securely hold our cell phone chargers, which made charging our phones difficult. That said, it's understandable given how frequently outlets in hotel rooms are used by guests plugging and unplugging devices every day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make our trip enjoyable and memorable."

"Location near the airport and shuttle provided excellent service and served our needs. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent from 4:30 am to 9 am. We were able to have breakfast before our 7 am flight. The staff especially Sue was very friendly and kept the dining area very clean and restocked. Coffee and hot water as well as cookies were available all day and evening. We will use this hotel again on our next visit to Buffalo."

"We were on our way home to Maine from Ohio. My daughter's husband had never been to Niagara Falls so we detoured here. We reserved two rooms. The clerk put us in side-by-side rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the fluffy towels. Only complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was better than expected. There was a bus load of Chinese tourists who were not respectful of personal space and did not clear there tables."
