"A Quirky hotel in a good location. We had room 407 which was at back..there were building works going on immediately next to hotel but we were not disturbed during our stay. The rooms are quite dark and basic...there was a lack of hanging space for clothes - I think we had 5 hangers and no other storage and a lack of mirrors. All were located in bathroom and couldn't be used after a shower as steamed up. Please move long mirror to the main room that would be a great help. Beds were super comfy and a black out curtain worked well. We struggled to move actual curtains as curtain pole was a scaffolding pole and curtain rings didnt move freely on it. Breakfast was a buffet. It did get quite busy but we always found a table and food was regularly replaced. We enjoyed the food selection which included cereal, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, hot food such as beans, bacon and scrambled egg and croissants and lovely pastel d'natta. We spent a little time on open top roof which was very relaxing although didnt venture into the small pool Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend"

"The hotel was very clean and that included our room. The staff was extremely helpful. They arranged all our transport. We ate dinner in the restaurant too and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and it had hot food choices that were made when ordered. We would definitely stay there again."

"Exceptionally beautiful property. Located within a 10 minute walk to the beach, although the pool there was a perfect place to cool off as well. We stayed in early September and loved the location - train nearby to get to Lisbon, the restaurants in the vicinity, the hotel's restaurant and breakfast buffet, and the historic buildings. A very quaint little beach town - Paco de Arco brought us so much relaxation while still being able to tour Lisbon for a few hours every day."

"The property is beautiful in a good location. The only issue I had was the lighting in the bar / restaurant area. Was extremely bright and didn’t change in the evening. More subdued lighting in the evening would have made the area more inviting to stay and have a drink in. So bright it almost hurt your eyes."

"The hotel pool, the food, the gym and all the staff were amazing! Good free parking. Beautiful views. Only downfall was the smell. It was terrible. If you’re sensitive to air fresheners this place won’t work for u. Moth balls and febreeze everywhere."

"Ricardo was an excellent host throughout our stay at Designer Flats in Lapa. He was quick to respond to every message, accommodated our early check-in request without any issue, and gave us clear, detailed instructions for accessing the apartment. He was also flexible when we asked about leaving our luggage on our last day before our evening flight. The apartment itself was lovely and well located in a quiet, charming part of Lisbon. Communication was always prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here – thank you, Ricardo, for making our trip so smooth!"
