Es ist jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (verrostete Armaturen im Bad, schmutzige Kissen auf den Terassenmöbeln, schmutzige Küche).Einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat bei uns jedoch insbesondere der Kontakt zur lokalen Ferienagentur Klodge. Bereits der Check-in-Prozess ist sehr sperrig. Der Schlüssel muss vor Ort in der Agentur abgeholt werden. Von der Agentur werden zahlreiche Nachrichten und Internetlinks versandt mit Dingen, welche während des Aufenthalts beachtet werden müssen, da ansonsten Strafgebühren drohen sollen (Müll, Strom etc). Auch die Preispolitik ist durch die vielen Nachrichten intransparent und es kommen zu dem Online-Preis auf FeWo verschiedene Positionen hinzu, welche vor Ort zu zahlen sind (Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Gebühr, Stromverbrauch, Tourismussteuer). Noch dazu wurden uns die Stromkosten zu einem völlig überhöhten Preis von 0,50 pro kWh in Rechnung gestellt. Als zwei Tage vor Ende unseres Aufenthalts bei über 35 Grad Außentemperatur die Klimaanlage ausfiel, wurden uns von der Agentur lediglich Ventilatoren vorbeigebracht. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un complesso con accesso "limitato" quindi molto tranquillo. Ampio e confortevole con camere spaziose e servizi igienici ben arredati e funzionali. Meravigliosa e molto spaziosa la terrazza esterna attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per cenare fuori. Ottima la doccia esterna. Tutti gli elettrodomestici di ultima generazione e di ottima fruibilità. Vista su Tavolara mozzafiato. Il barbecue (che in realtà è una specie di camino) è molto scomodo ed il tiraggio limitato dei fumi lo rende a nostra opinione praticamente inutilizzabile.
