The villa has a private pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days and enjoy moments of absolute relaxation. You can sunbathe on comfortable deck chairs, admiring the breathtaking view of the surrounding bay and take refreshing dips in the crystal clear waters of the pool. The living area is spacious and bright, furnished with taste and attention to detail. Here you will find an elegant living room with sofa and television, perfect for relaxing and socializing, as well as a dining room where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The villa's bedrooms are oases of tranquility and comfort. Tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable beds, they offer a private retreat to relax and rejuvenate. Two bathrooms with shower stalls complete the layout of the house. Outside the villa you will find ample space, ideal for relaxing with pleasant outdoor dining. You can spend pleasant evenings under the starry sky, in an environment free of light pollution. The villa's location in Casagliana will allow you to enjoy tranquility and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature. Within a few kilometers you can explore the area's enchanting beaches, take long scenic walks, or enjoy outdoor activities such as snorkeling, hiking, or pleasant boat trips.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. With its international port and airport, its beautiful scenery, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offer. The medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which exhibits finds from Nuragic artifacts to Roman warships, stand out in the city center, while the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu overlooks the gulf from the hills just outside the city. Olbia is also a location for major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally-renowned artists.   
  
Its coastal territory alternates beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. In addition, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, with various degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, which offer breathtaking views.   
  
Finally, you can’t miss the traditional food and wine in the many bars and restaurants and during the festivals. Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
