Hotellet har nogle værelser med udsigt over costa smeralda. Stort plus. Men hotellet er slidt og trænger til en meget kraftig renovering/modernisering.

Generell war ich mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, jedoch war die Küche nicht gut ausgestattet (z.B. viel zu wenig Besteck), die Kissen waren viel zu hoch und um auf Toilette zu gehen muss man seine Knie in die Dusche strecken weil diese so nah aneinander gebaut sind, dass es selbst für kleine Personen unmöglich ist sich normal hin zu setzen.

Hotel pro trpaslíky ...

Při příjezdu po nás chtěli ještě 106 EUR za servis. S tím jsme nepočítali, cítil jsem to jako podraz a nelíbilo se nám to !!! Je to podstatná položka, která nebyla při porovnávání hotelů vůbec vidět. Změnila by zásadně pořadí. Bazén výborný. Lokalita také. Do sprchového koutu o rozměrech 60 x 55 cm jsem se skoro nevlezl a na WC jsem si sedal obkročmo, jelikož se tam nedala dát noha... Již bych si to nevybral.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location

The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. There are plenty of gorgeous and quiet beaches less than a 15 min drive from the property. The pool isn't very big, but nice and refreshing after a long day outside and at the pool bar you can buy coffee, ice creams and other refreshments. I would definitely recommend this place.

Appartamento bilocale spazioso,al nostro arrivo trovato pulito e profumato,avremmo gradito una TV un po’ più moderna e il Wi-Fi nella intera struttura ..nn solo alla reception..piscina di discrete dimensioni ma accettabile ..la signora alla reception molto disponibile ..comunque struttura consigliata!

Nette Unterkunft oberhalb von der Marina Portisco

Das Hotel sollte ein paar Hundert Meter von der Marina entfernt sein, tatsächlich waren es 2,5 km. Es gab keinen Fußweg, so dass man an der viel befahrenen Straße laufen musste und es ging mächtig bergab bzw. zurück bergauf. Ein Shuttle-Service fuhr zwar zum Strand, aber nicht zur Marina. Am 22.9. war bereits die Nachsaison eingeläutet, deshalb waren Bar und Restaurant geschlossen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügen sogar über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Die Aufteilung/Einrichtung des Bades erstaunte uns ... es gab eine Dusche (60x60 cm) mit Duschtür, durch die ich (90 kg) kaum durchkam. Zwischen Dusche und Wand eingeklemmt war das WC. Selbst mit viel gutem Willen und Geschicklichkeit, war es nicht möglich dort "einzuparken". Ein Bidet stand relativ zugänglich gegenüber dem Waschbecken. Fazit: Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und dafür war es OK, einen Urlaub würde ich dort hauptsächlich wegen des Bades nicht verbringen wollen.

Nette Anlage an einem Berghang ca. 2,5km z. Strand

Leider sind die Apartments zu hellhörig! Wenn das Wasser im Küchenbereich beim Nachbarn läuft ist es sehr deutlich zu hören. Das Geschiebe der Stühle und Tische gehört zum täglichen Ablauf (zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit), keine Ahnung ob da die Betten (Schlafsofas) gebaut werden. Die Nachbarn nehmen keine Rücksicht, egal wie früh oder spät es ist (kann die Anlage nichts für, allerdings sollte man vlt. ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass man zu gewissen Zeiten Rücksicht nehmen sollte). Sehr einfache Ausstattung, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, kein Wasserkocher, keine Parabol-Antenne (kein deutsches Fernsehen). Wahrscheinlich entspricht die Ausstattung im Innenbereich mehr den Vorlieben italienischer Touristen. Kein Mobiliar für den Balkon vorhanden. Zu hohe Pauschale für Strom und Wasser, pro Person und Tag 10 €. Das ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Umgerechnet wären es statt 40 € dann 60 € pro Tag für die Unterkunft, was für die Ausstattung einfach zu hoch ist. Den Poolbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber alles ordentlich aus. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Abreise bei nicht besetzter Rezeption. Die Anlage selber ist sehr schön angelegt und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. PKW empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Strände und Badebuchten, nette Orte in der Umgebung, allerdings nicht unbedingt fußläufig.

Great location. Worst rental ever

This place is the worst rip-off ever. It calls itself a resort but it is not at all. Just a tired Demby old apartment complex. When you arrive after you've already paid to stay there they charge you a $10 per person per day fee to actually use the facilities which is a ice cold pool and a tennis court. It is also supposed to include free WiFi but the WiFi is only at the reception area and did not work for most clients including us. There is no AC in the unit. There was no soap and no shampoo and we were told that's normal we are expected to go buy it ourselves. The TV was a tiny Old Tube type not flat screen and the remote was held together by electrical tape and there were only four channels. We were not given soap or sponges to clean dishes all the way were told that if we left dirty dishes they would be extra fee. We rented a one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room but when we arrived it was just a normal sofa. We were told it would be an extra fee to put bedding on the couch mind you we were not given a sofa bed although we paid for one. The shower was the smallest we've seen in three months of travel in Italy and when the doors were slid open the opening was barely more than the length of a toothbrush. We noticed most of the clients were from Russia and Eastern Europe and maybe tell them this is Resort living but no one from a western civilization country would consider this acceptable accommodations. Ignore the price and stay away from this place

Cuidado con los cargos adicionales que te cobran

El hotel en sí está muy bien, el problema viene cuando uno llega y se encuentra que por una habitación de 60 euros te van a cobrar 30 euros más en concepto de consumos, como??????, es decir, te cobran 10 euros por persona en concepto de consumos que es lo que nos dijeron. Tener que pagar un 50% más del coste total del hotel no es de buen gusto, puesto que igual hubiera elegido otro hotel en vez de este si hubiera tenido toda la información disponible

Helt utrolig dårlig hotell, om man kan kalle det et hotell. Hele oppholdet starter med en krangel. Ja, vi visste det ville komme tillegspris. Men EUR 160 for elektrisitet, laken og håndklær for én uke? Latterlig. Rommene var ikke speiselt fine heller. Men fasaden var fin. Vi var så misfornøyd at vi dro til øygruppen "La Maddalena" en time nord, og bodde der et par netter. Utrolig fint sted og hyggelige folk.

Bonito complejo de apartamentos cercano a las play

La estancia fue satisfactoria porque los apartamentos son cómodos y disponen de lo básico para comer y cocinar, las camas son correctas y la limpieza impoluta. El complejo de apartamentos está bien cuidado y además ofrece instalaciones de entretenimiento (piscina, pin pin, tenis, parque infantil y bar). Se aparca en las inmediaciones y existe un servicio gratuito de traslado a la playa Rena Bianca , que es la más cercana. Gianfranco y Anna nos ayudaron en todo lo que nos hizo falta. Les agradecemos su amabilidad y buena disposición. La parte negativa, que también la tiene, es que algunos apartamentos están muy altos y no hay ascensor . Faltan algunos utensilios en la cocina ; hubiera deseado un microondas y una tostadora. También podía mejorar si ofreciera servicio de lavandería o tuvieran una lavadora . En conclusión lo recomiendo por ubicación, limpieza, por el personal y las vistas. En relación calidad/precio me parece adecuado salvo lo que se paga como tarjeta club que deberían incluirlo en el precio ya que no es opcional ( luz, agua, sábanas y toallas, más uso de instalaciones).

Zeer onaangenaam verblijf

Bij aankomst werd er ons verteld dat we naast het betaalde bedrag nog €10/dag/persoon moesten betalen als service. Helaas hebben we geen service gezien: - we kregen een stinkende kamer - Badhanddoeken waren versleten en sommige bevatte gaten - Geen schoonmaak kamer en geen verversing handdoeken - Versleten matras - Ventilator die heel veel lawaai maakt - Bot mes kon onmogelijk vervangen of geslepen worden volgens de receptie. - Veel te kleine badkamer: douche amper 50 cm op 50 cm, wc ertegen waardoor je niet op het toilet kon gaan. Zeer onaangenaam verblijf!
