Outside, the terrace is set up for slow breakfasts, light lunches, or evening aperitivi in a quiet residential setting.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for couples, small families, or remote workers. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests or a quiet afternoon rest. All beds are prepared with hotel-grade linens and ergonomic pillows. For evenings in, the living room has a Smart TV, and the bedroom includes a second Smart TV, supported by fast Wi-Fi.

Arrival is smooth and independent with 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, with no keys and no waiting. For beach days, a beach kit is included (a parasol, one quick-dry beach towel per guest and a cool bag with four ice packs), so you can head out easily to Pittulongu, Bados, or Porto Istana.
