Ottima posizione, a 3min di auto dal paese, ottima vista, ci si sente dispersi in mezzo al verde. Questo implica la presenza di molti animali che si aggirano attorno alla casa. Gatti randagi (durante la nostra permanenza ne son passati 5, 2 fissi, di cui uno molto fastidioso che si infilava in casa da ovunque trovasse aperto, un altro che non perdeva occasione di saltare sul tavolo ad ogni pasto) e due cani. Le finestre meglio tenerle chiuse! La casa è arredata molto bene, moderna ed essenziale. C’è tutto ció che serve (in quanto a stoviglie ce n è per un esercito), c’è la tv ma attenzione manca il cavo dell’antenna quindi è inutilizzabile. In bagno la doccia è purtroppo senza tendina-vetro quindi nel lavarsi si allaga parte del bagno. Gli stracci sono sotto il lavandino della cucina. Casa molto calda, il condizionatore c’è, ma nell’accenderlo si sente un odore poco piacevole fortissimo. Fatto presente alle signore che ci hanno aperto casa, si pensava fosse odore di chiuso. Fortunatamente c’è anche un ventilatore che funziona benissimo. Consiglio: il condizionatore va manutenuto. Una sera salta corrente, siamo riusciti a reinserirla la mattina seguente appena il padrone ci ha contattato. Abbiamo scoperto che il contatore generale è sulla strada, ma la chiave per aprirlo è nella casetta da giardino della casa vicina (dello stesso proprietario) con la quale condivide il contatore. Consiglio: avvisare di questa cosa nel mostrare la casa, se succede uno sa cosa fare. Ah, per scaldare l’acqua c è un boiler. Verificare che sia acceso, noi l’abbiamo trovato spento. ##### Chiara C.
