This 40 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open between the 15th of June and the 15th of September, depending on weather conditions), a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a tennis court. All essential services, such as a restaurant, a supermarket, and a bar can be reached on foot from the house. Porto Cervo is a short 25-minute car ride away and Porto Rotondo is 15 minutes away by car. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. A free shuttle service for the beach is available between the 15th of June and the 15th of September. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
