"The staff were polite. This is a hotel for only one night if nothing is available. I am a Canadian with a Filipina girlfriend which they do not tailor to. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. Swimming pool is not a pool. Thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎"

"It is hair of another human all in the bed and stains. I told the girl becuase they said they would charge us 1,500 for stains on sheets. I had to sleep in someone else hair. Also asked about a Grab to airport. She said we have a shuttle for a fee which was higher than Grab and late."
