Very cozy. Very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each day and everything this house offers. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt quite at home. Kitchen is well stocked but if all our cousins had come, we would have been short on plates, etc. Nice utensil drawer and pots and pans. Loved the backyard even though it was raining. We enjoyed the lights out back and looking at the nice furniture. :) Appreciated the owners attention to our call regarding lights and fans. The amenities in the bathrooms were nice (toothbrushes, soaps, toothpaste, etc). Only suggestions we have are to have wash clothes, hairdryers and ice. We rented the property originally to host business associates and clients for meetings during a conference. When I called the owners they said "its not our fault for how the neighborhood looks" I asked for a refund and I was ignored, told to "search google maps for a more accurate description of the property" the pictures were not of the front of the house. ##### Micky S. The table was filthy, rug under the pool table was dirty, floors and stairs were not mopped. The outside trash bins were overflowing and the neighbors and dogs ravaged through the trash while we watched from the window. The back yard (where we planned on spending most of our time) was covered in weeds. We never received the email with entry instructions.
