Owner/Management changed, new owner did not want to honor our reservation and just left us with the phone number of the Best Western Helpline. We had to find a new hotel by own effort. We do not recommend to stay in this place who offered us to stay one night if we paid for an entire week, because they do "long term stay only", instead of honoring the initial reservation.
The best part was the breakfast! The spa area was broken down. There was so much dust in our room. We unfortunately got put in a room where their were pets nearby as we didn’t have any pets it was a little disturbing.
Great Stay, staff so nice. She had everything ready for our check in when we walked in.

Check in ok. Hotel old and needs updating. Could not control temp in room from thermostat as recommended. Bed sloped in middle. We stayed in pet friendly room which was long distance from office. Dog poop not picked up in pet walking area.Although I picked u after my dog. Refrigerator not working.
Our group enjoyed our stay with all of you. Friendly staff, especially the girl running the breakfast was so sweet. Love the big breakfast. We come to OKC several times a year now and will most likely stay with you again.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was pretty nice, could use some updates though. Very solid place for 1-2 nights
We stayed here for one night on our way to Tennessee and i must say this hotel did not disappoint, the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was amazing, parking was convenient and safe, they also have a bar which was great after a long drive , would definitely stay here again.
Not a good neighborhood. Thugs driving thru parking lot . Rooms opened to outside of hotel . We changed rooms as bathroom not working. Looks better in photos but we wont be going back

My only complaint was that no one was at the desk when I wanted to check out. I was told a few time that” someone would be there shortly”. I sat my key card in the return box and left without a receipt.
The first room had mold in the bathroom. Ceramic tile was broken in the shower. The second room could have been cleaned better. Had to kill a spider in the room. Spider webs all around the ceiling. Rooms needs to update really bad.

Ice maker should be easier to get to, besides the pool. More convenient dining
Only there for a night with my daughter. The TV didn't work at first I but was an easy fix. Beds were soft, place was clean. Full buffet breakfast. I would stay here again.
Hotel was great! We had our own little room not attached to a hallway. Room was spacious, their pizza is delicious if you order from the bar and grill! Definitely loved it!
