Such a great experience! This place is such a cute and cozy home! Communication was great and checking in was super easy. I will definitely be staying here again. Beds are comfy, furniture is retro and comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, keurig, all the supplies you need to use in the kitchen. Of course you need to bring your own food, but that's expected. Bathroom has a great showerhead and handheld sprayer, which is a plus for me. Also stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soaps. Wifi worked great. Very nice washer and dryer. I would suggest maybe some dressers or something to lay cloths on, but not at all an issue. Everything was super clean! Also, very cute neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to stay!!

The beds were ok. It would have been nice to have a chair or something to put a suitcase on. The bathroom needs a lot of TLC. Tiles missing, paint needs finishing, lights were rusted, hardlyAny hot water. The toilet, paper holder, sink, and tub faucet all were loose. It needs a skinny table next to the sink to place toiletries on. Overall, Too small to even use. The kitchen floor has a loose plank and is somewhat dangerous. Also, the cabinet pulls are loose. The front door trim needs to be painted and the door is open at the bottom with an 1 inch gap. This place could be a 5 if someone could spend some time on it. I have never had a place in this shape that was rented as a VRBO.

Nice Place

This cute little house was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. A lot of thought and detail went into small things such as fixtures and faucets. There was a slight lingering smell of smoke (perhaps from previous owners before the flip), but it was very faint. It didn’t bother us, but it may some. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The location was within 10 min of all the attractions we wanted to see. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but it was quiet and we felt safe. We would go back for sure.
