I did have to beg them for my room key for housekeeping. If I give you my key for housekeeping at 10am, it doesn’t take 6hrs to do housekeeping. Also, when I tried to check-in, I was told 4pm but another couple was allowed to check in at 2pm. I even arrived 5 mins before and they made me wait until 4pm. Very strange.
