### 6/10 Okay #### yoshi, 神戸市 23 Aug 2019 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Property conditions & facilities 大人２人と子供２人で２泊しました。うちの家族にはちょうどいい広さで、清潔に清掃されてました。 宿泊の３日前くらいに別館になったと連絡があり、写真に載ってる本館とは違って、１ＬＤＫのマンションの内装をオシャレに変えた建物でした。ホテルに泊まるよりは安価だったので、まずまず満足です。 欲を言えば、トイレにウォシュレットが欲しかった。 本館は道路沿いで夜中も車の騒音がうるさいと口コミにありましたが、その点別館は道路から少し入った場所にあり夜も静かで良かったです。 予約で何度変更しても大人２人としか記載されていなかったので、前もって宿に４人宿泊の旨を伝えたのに、チェックインしたら２人分の布団とタオルしか用意されていませんでした。 改善すべきなのは、サイト上の問題かもしれませんが、残念でした。 連絡したら１時間程で持ってきてくれたので、私的にはオッケーです。 宿泊費を安くあげたい方によい宿だと思います。 ##### yoshi Stayed 2 nights オーナーさんは中国人のようでたまに言葉が通じなかったり電話も毎回取らず後で折り返しの電話がある感じでした。19時前にもうすぐ着きますと連絡を入れフロントに行くともう閉まっていてチェックイン出来ないのかと焦りましたが事前にメールで説明にあった 別館の部屋を自力で探し玄関の所にあるロック式の鍵を取りチェックインしました。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night
