It is looked and usually there is no one at front desk. But you have washer, dryer, frig and microwave. Very close to bus routes. I road bus q30 from airport and all the way to the aquarium. Close to Sunset Beach and a couple great coffee shops and restaurants BUT there is a gery loud bar on the second floor. It clises at midnight but people were right under my winfow yelling and doing shots.
