The beds were soft and comfortable. I enjoyed the beach theme. Host provided detailed instructions. I stayed in an upper unit which is only accessible by stairs but that wasn't a problem since I packed light. The only minor thing I would have liked better is if there was a mirror in the shower room so that I could shave. Doorway is blocked by air conditioner outside units. The bed covers were dirty, mattresses were too soft with poor springs support. My wife was frightened by a flying cockroach inside the apartment. However, waited and waited, but did not get the security code which was promised to be sent 24 hours prior. Since we didn't hear back until 3.5 hrs before checked-in, we made other arrangements already. But, when we requested for refund, the owner refused the refund due to a non-fundable policy. This was in the middle of one of the worst typhoons in the history of Okinawa.
