Informed them of this and asked if i could leave my luggage with them, they simply said there was no staff i could give it to. When i asked what i should do then, they ignored me. At very least they could have given a nearby place i could wait, a park or something? Or many other hotels just let me check in a little early. Hotel location is good for driving, taking bus is not a good idea. But supermarket is still in walking distance. The room is large with a bedroom & simple kitchen, everything is ready. I like the dimmable lighting and ceiling fan. I am a solo traveler and wanted to experience southern Okinawa. My stay at this location was for 20 nights. I understood that the hotel is automated. Email confirming entry code for lobby and hotel room was easy to understand. Self service items in the lobby included garbage bags, toiletries, etc. The room has W/D, detergent, dishes, towels, single burner stove, microwave, hotpot, short refrigerator and freezer (enough but full-size would be nicer). I was fortunate to be given a room on top floor (8th floor). Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the water view and sunset was the highlight of my stay. There is a San A grocery store and shopping center with a Daiso within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Several bus stops are in the area and easy to use. I had a rental car and was able to enjoy going to many nearby historical sites. The hotel was probably 2/3 empty, but they put me on floor 3 of an 8 storey building with no view because the trees were that tall. Would have been nicer if they put me on a higher floor given the availablility of rooms.
