  • 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fold out couch in one living room, Large sectional sofa in the other living room with ample room for up 10 people to sleep comfortably.

    Very quiet location with Covered Dock ,plenty of seawall to accommodate extra boats , second driveway with plenty of parking for up to 5 trucks with trailers . Perfect for groups visiting for one of the areas many fishing tournaments ! U can boat up to Burgerking for coffee , visit Back to Butch’s by boat for a frosty mug ! Our property is over 1/2 acre and the home features two living rooms so u can keep the kids happy in one and the adults can have a little play time of there own !

We were in town for a family birthday and this property was perfect for our group. Seven adults, a toddler and a baby. We had plenty of room without feeling cramped. Really appreciated the tankless water heater. Nice decor. Would definitely stay here again!

Lake O vac rental stay

We had a nice time at this vacation rental home on the lake! House is large, very well equipped, clean, and pet friendly! Plenty of space for the boat, as well. Great rental for families and fishermen!

The property was nice. The owner was perfectly fine. Vrbo missed the mark.Vrbo messaged the owner warning him that his property "may be at risk for an unauthorized event". More than likely that was because we rented the day before Memorial Day weekend but that is ridiculous. It created unnecessary friction and a warning that "the neighbors will call law enforcement over noise". We were visiting town to look at homes for my 75 year old father-in-law, not to have a start-of-summer kegger on the lake. Who goes to Okeechobee Florida for a party? This Mayberry village is quiet all day and closes down around sundown. It's a place for retired folks to enjoy warm weather and peaceful streets. Do better and stop ginning up fear with baseless accusations against a middle-aged dude who left his crazy partying days decades ago, Vrbo.

Hidden Gem

We stayed here for my son's state fishing tournament and were very pleased. The house is very clean, there is a large yard, and the two living rooms are a great bonus! There was also a screened in back porch that we enjoyed. I would stay here again should we be at another tournament.

The Perfect Getaway

Welcoming and comfortable from the moment you walk in. We were so delighted to see the photos were exact~ with some beautiful furniture additions in the lanai adding to the serene and idyllic outdoor canal views. We were sorry we had to leave and will definitely plan to return! Our compliments to the owner of this beautiful home.

Great Place

This is the nicest place we have stayed in over 30 trips to Okeechobee. The house is very clean and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable. The dock was nice to sit at in the evenings. There is plenty of parking for multiple families or groups. We will definitely book this house again in the future. There is also a pontoon boat available if you did not bring your own boat.

Nicest rental we have had for a long time

Dave's place is awesome, especially if you have several guests and/or want to host others during the stay. It is one of the most spacious places we have rented, and has all the facilities of a home. The living spaces are huge, including the kitchen, and the master suite is really nice. It has everything (dishes, kitchen dishes/utensiles, washer/dryer, towels, bedding, etc...) you would need. I would not hesitate to stay there again and/or recommend it to others.
