The maisonnette where we stayed at, had breathtaking views of the Beppu bay especially during sunrise. It also had private onsens which were very well maintained giving us a great way to experience onsens! Having said that, I do think that having cold milk vending machines would definitely add to the onsens experience. "

I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well.
