"Bad start. Half bottle of Tito's vodka was waiting for us in the room. I'm guessing the housekeeping staff thought the previous guests were returning, not checking out. Tito's is not bad vodka, so I might have thought the same. However, the desk clerk offered us a room of same value and we were good to go. The room without vodka was alright except for the small wad of TP stuck to the wall up high. Housekeeping staff might want to look up when cleaning the bathroom If this is the least expensive hotel in the area I would not hesitate to book it again. It's quiet, mattress firm, and the biscuits at breakfast were remarkably lighter than others I have experienced. If it's not, you might want to consider one of the half dozen other hotels within a mile of it."

"Please stay away from this hotel/extended stay. My experience at WoodSpring Suites Savannah Garden City was terrible. After checking into my first room, I noticed missing items and the room smelled very bad. I went back to the front desk to report the issue. The front desk agent came to the room, acknowledged the smell, switched my room, and apologized, but stated they do not give refunds. The following day, I went to the front desk to ask for towels and was met by a very rude front desk agent. She had a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. While I was speaking to her, she ignored me and carried on a personal phone call as if I wasn’t standing there. To make matters worse, she was involved in a loud argument/fight with a family member staying in room 108. The overall environment felt unsafe and unprofessional, with a lot of drug activity around the property. I would not recommend staying here."

"Thermostat on wall didnt work. Room was not cleaned or towels replaced during my 3 night stay. Each day i returned from visiting family, the room keys didnt work and had to go back down stairs to wait at the desk for someone to show up to reset the room keys. Poor property cleaning and maintenance. "
