"Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff and services. Everything was very clean and well maintained and good standard, clearly a fairly new hotel. The staff went over and above with service, the reception gent even arranged to cover the cost of one of our rooms as it was on the highway side which we tried to change even though only there for 1 night, and so a little noisy from traffic. We didn’t expect it but dinner (taco buffet) and 3 alcoholic drinks were also included and unlimited soft drinks for kids, plus full buffet breakfast ! Great value, we would certainly stay again if in the area. Nice indoor pool and hot spar pool, plus well equipped gym. The best hotel of our 13 night/7 hotel vacation. "

"Arrived at 11am and they got a room ready for me right away! Great breakfast. Very nice, clean room. Bed was too soft, but a firm bed is personal preference so I really can't complain. Staff was super friendly. "
"Shocking. The place is advertising under a wrong name (Thunderbird Inn is a different location in town, this place is Thunderbird Motel). The photos don't match the rooms given and the descriptions of the rooms don't match either.
On checking in I was given a key to a room with someone else staying. Tried again, got given a key to a room which was far from what was booked. Showed my booking description to the desk attendant, and he sent me to a room which hadn't been cleaned at all. Fourth attempt got another room which was still disgusting, light fittings coming off the wll, unclean bedding, curtains with holes burnt into them and taped together to keep closed. It's a drug den and I felt very unsafe. Informed the staff, who refuse to provide a refund for their false advertising."
"Sidney at the front desk was extremely welcoming! If you’re looking for a nice room this place has it, very comforting and luxurious. My only constructive feedback were our room ac unit was leaking water, not sure if all of them are, the pool area is to cold to get also get into cold water, and housekeeping did repeatedly come to the door 1 after another. Other than that, Bed extremely comfortable and tv is set up so nice, a couch is always a plus!, the environment is also great with a 24 convent store and Waffle House also being 24hrs, many close by activities as well. Overall I’d give an 8/10 and would definitely return!"
