Great Hotel
Great hotel! The staff were so friendly and caring. They even asked us what time we wanted our breakfast the next morning, and had a great selection ready for us at the time we chose. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel
The hotel is fine if you travel on the way and look for a place to sleep. The rooms are clean, the interior design simple and really Spartan, do not expect any luxury of any kind The hotel is close to the road and the rooms are a bit noisy Breakfast is basic and decent and the staff are very nice and friendly The steakhouse which is the reason for the hotel's name was closed (not open every day) but there is a great restaurant 2-minute walk from the hotel -"landgasthof ochsen"

The staff were amazing - friendly and going the extra mile to help. The breakfast and the food in the beer garden were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sorry aber da stimmt was nicht! Das Hotel ist 7 Tag der Woche geöffnet, die Rezeption ist telefonisch immer Erreichbar. Nur das Restaurant ist am Montag und Dienstag geschlossen , da die Mittarbeiter frei haben! Sie haben uns persönlich angetroffen und uns mitgeteilt das Sie das gebuchte Zimmer nicht annehmen, da unser Restaurant Ruhetag zu hat. Wir haben Ihnen die Zimmer kostenlos Storniert! Deshalb verstehe ich jetzt Ihre Nachricht nicht ? -------------------- Sorry but there is something wrong! The hotel is open 7 days a week, the reception is always reachable by phone. Only the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, as the coworkers have free! They met us personally and told us that they did not accept the booked room, as our restaurant was closed. We have canceled the rooms for you for free! That's why I do not understand your message now?

Great hotel!
What a great hotel! This was the perfect stop between Rothenberg and the Black Forest. This hotel really is an inn, with the hotel rooms above the steakhouse. The owner was so sweet, and the free breakfast was outstanding and so fresh. Although there is not much to do around the hotel, we did drive to the college town around 15 minutes away to go to Chocolart. If you are there while that is occurring, I 100% recommend attending. We will definitely be back!

A hotel zárva volt, senki nem volt ott a nyitvatartási időben, ezért tegnap éjszaka egy másik, sokkal drágább szállást kellett foglalnom ehelyett.

Das Gebäude ist von 1779 und entsprechend war meine Zimmertüre. Von innen nicht abschließbar. Im Bad konnte man sich kaum drehen. Das Gebäude liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen B27, entsprechend laut war es im Zimmer. Das Personal ist aber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. die ZImmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und enthält alles, was man möchte.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein sehr enges und verwinkeltes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war okay (rein "continental breakfast"), aber nicht aufregend. Wir wüssten nicht, warum wir noch einmal in diesem Hause übernachten sollten.

Kein Hotel sondern Restaurant mit Gästezimmer.
Das ist kein Hotel sondern ein Restaurant mit Gästezimmer im Westernstil. So dürfen die Cowboys im Wilden Westen sicherlich gute untergebracht worden sein. Aber ein Hotel ist das nicht.

Unbedingt das Restaurant besuchen
ein kurzer Aufenthalt. Zum schlafen braucht man nicht mehr. Ruhig, sauber und im Scharm der Siebziger. Aufmerksames Personal. Familiär und es geht auch ein nettes Gespräch mit den Besitzern.
