8.2/10 Very good! (617 reviews)
Basement room was stinky. Moldy, musty smell from shower room; could not get rid of. Did not realise that there was a tube station bang next door. Could hear tubes at 6am, through the wall and floor. Basement room means ventilation not so good. Air conditioner control was locked so could not adjust.
Room was otherwise clean and enough coffee and tea provided.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,526 reviews)
"It's a great location, the soundproofing was good too. Only reason for three stars is because of the strange drip sound coming from my room, which woke me up a few times in the night. Other than this the stay was great. Comfy bed, excellent service and clean."

"Very good location for this hotel. We got a family room with two double bed, the room was a bit small and there was no window but I was aware when I booked. Very good and helpful staff and breakfast had a good amount of choice."
