Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 cable TVs and 2 DVD players. Washing machine and dryer. High Chair and Pack 'n Play.

The exterior offers a large covered porch, spacious screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. The rear entry deck offers direct access to the large fenced backyard. Covered parking.
