About this property

CV3A: South Point A

  • This two-story villa offers a great room style living space with sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen on the lower level as well as a screened porch, washer/dryer, and full bath with tub and shower. The upper-level bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a half bath. Other features include a sleeper sofa in the living area, wireless internet access.

    Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 4 Guests, including Children.

    Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with sauna.

    Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ocracoke property. The home was clean, quiet, and nicely appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The only drawback was the somewhat unusual floor plan. Access to the upstairs requires passing through a bathroom, which may be inconvenient for some guests depending on their group and sleeping arrangements.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and as always, we loved our time on Ocracoke. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The villa we stayed in at the Castle was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The setup of the villa was a little odd, as you had to go through the main bathroom to get to the stairs to go up to the bedroom. That might not work for everyone, but it was fine for us. The Castle property itself was very pretty, with lush bushes, plants and flowers. We didn’t take advantage of it, but, the pool area was very nice as well. The host was very responsive the few times we had a question. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
