An over 3,000 square foot five bedroom oceanfront home with it's own private beach. Enjoy the outdoor California lifestyle playing beach volleyball, lounging in one of our six lounge chairs, or enjoying smores around the fire-pit as you hear the sounds of waves feet away. Villa Jules is an ideal place to stay for a family beach vacation or a few couples looking for the perfect beach getaway. Three of the five bedrooms are ocean facing, allowing multiple guests to enjoy an ocean view from the comfort of their own bed. This beautiful two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel high-end appliances, a kitchen island, adjacent dining area with seating for up to eight guests, and multiple indoor living spaces (including a glass enclosed sunroom). This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Dogs are permitted with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150\. The bedrooms are very large and three have ocean views. Most of the bathrooms need to be updated, the master especially. The shower is barely large enough to turn around in and the glass door had mold around the door frame and was not really clean. The window sills around most of the house are old, with peeling paint and also are not clean. Walking around barefoot in the house you could feel that the floors needed cleaning. The house does not have AC which forced us to keep the windows open at all times, this was ok during the day but if you don’t like the sound of crashing waves all night, your not going to sleep well. The outside area was very nice with a volley ball court and a fire pit, but one of the benches at the pit was broken and should have been removed before our arrival. There really wasn’t any comfortable areas outside. The house was big and we were comfortable but we would not rent it again unless they made some major changes. ##### dan n.
