  • Spend Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's on the Oceanside coast. North Coast Village's lagoon-style pool and spa are heated year-round, and gray whale season off Oceanside begins November 28, with whale watching trips leaving from the harbor next door. Relax at your patio table with ocean views as the sun sets, then come inside to wood-like floors, an updated kitchen and a full-size sofa sleeper. Smooth Sailing Cottage - F3 at North Coast Village This beach cottage has everything you need for a relaxed family getaway. Step out to your patio, enjoy views of the ocean and beach, and let the kids play in the lush grassy area while you sip a glass of wine at sunset. The cozy living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a full-size sofa sleeper for extra guests, and a TV for your entertainment. Wood-like flooring runs through this lower-level cottage, and the updated kitchen with granite counter tops is ready for beach-day breakfasts and holiday dinners. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower. Make My Vacation provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. Its nine four-story buildings, surrounded by cottages, sit on lushly landscaped grounds with waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. Enjoy the lagoon-style heated pool and spa, putting green, fitness center, saunas, BBQ areas, and a recreation room with billiards, ping pong and foosball. Your cottage includes one reserved parking space. Please note that there is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village. Walk north to the Oceanside Harbor for waterfront dining, unique shops, kayak and boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching trips. Head south along the Strand to the Oceanside Pier and downtown. On Thursdays, the Mainstreet Oceanside Farmers Market runs from 9-1 near the Pier, and the Sunset Market brings food, music and shopping from 5-9. Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

LOVE THIS PLACE

The location made this unit the best. We stayed in F3 beautiful area, walk right out to the beach, also the pool/hot tub is very close. The unit was very clean and comfortable, would definitely rent it again!

There was plenty of room for them to hang out...full kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in. The back porch area was beautiful and perfect The only "con: was that I was provided only one key as the other key did not go with this apartment. I received a call from the management telling me that I did not return both sets of keys...but since I had been aware of the mix up (I did not address it as we were good with the one wasn't a problem...and it was Thanksgiving so I really didn't want to bother the staff during their Holiday) I explained that I video taped me returning both sets of keys provided to me and the matter was settled! so well done

Great get away

After my dad spent 4 months in the hospital, I surprised my parents with a week in Oceanside. It was better than I had imagined. The ground floor unit had direct access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the patio. Nicely updated with every amenity you need.

Always a Great Stay

We've been staying at this resort for over a decade now. It never dissapooints. The apartment was great. Only complaint is the 10 am checkout. Seems property management is still living in COVID times. Should be at least 11 am like the rest of the world. Other than that, we love the location and we love O'Side.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this apartment was great and very convenient, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the unit itself is in need of updates and a thorough deep cleaning.We found numerous dead insects throughout the apartment that appeared to have been there for some time and had not been cleaned up. In addition, several maintenance issues need attention. The towel fixture in the bathroom was broken and would fall apart whenever we tried to hang towels on it. The closet door was also broken, making it difficult to open and close properly, and it often became stuck.While the location was excellent, the condition and cleanliness of the apartment did not meet our expectations. With some updates, repairs, and better housekeeping, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
