This unit accommodates up to six guests. Please note, stairs are required to access this property. The unit features two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, as well as a living area with a queen sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms are full and provide all your essential amenities. This unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, making it easy to settle in for longer stays or freshen up after a day at the beach. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining or family gatherings. Guests can take in ocean views from the private balcony or the backyard, which is divided between this unit and the lower unit. Providing a shared but clearly defined outdoor space. Amenities in this space include loungers, a fire pit, and BBQ. You are provided with a 1 car garage for parking. There is no AC, but the ocean breeze helps keep the space comfortable. Situated near Oceanside’s attractions and dining, this condo provides a comfortable retreat for a memorable stay. Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (\*\*\*PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. Reviewer Comments: This condo was completely clean, well-stocked, and nicely furnished, but best of all is its beachfront location. Only one suggestion which is to make sure potential visitors know it is oceanfront not really beach front. It's a beautiful rocky shoreline but you cannot directly access the beach. However it's only a short walk and should not deter anyone from renting. Just better for people to know in advance. We will definitely rent again!! ##### Karen M. Reviewer Comments: really liked this place, clean with everything we needed. Would note that outdoors each unit has a table with 4 chairs so could be an issue if you or the unit below "borrows" the others chairs. we did not have that problem but probably should have clear cut guidelines that each unit is limited to one set of patio furniture to avoid problems. ##### maury c. ---
