Full kitchen. Laundry room. Dedicated parking. 5 minute walk to the beach. Nicely updated. Clean. Also within minutes to food, shopping and freeway. Enjoyed our visit. Host was very responsive when there were a final minor issues at check in. It was a short walk to the beach which was great. The coffee shop served espresso which I enjoyed each day. Loved that there was garage parking. The ocean view was very minimal so don't count on much there. For our short stay, this place fit the bill. ##### Jacquie R. The kitchen and laundry was so handy and everything was clean. The pull out sofa bed was the only downside in our stay - we found out too late that upon request a cot could have been brought in and we wish we had done that instead.
