Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form. 4\. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. It was nice and updated, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Super close to the beach and a short walk to the pier and shops. The house was super clean it was 12 of us my kids wife and 6 friends we fitted perfectly. Every bed was great . Second floor mater bed room has a beautiful view of the ocean and the 3 floor were me and my wife stayed it has a beautiful beautiful view with a balcony so you can relax and hear the waves at night . They have everything you can think of in the kitchen or cook . Coffee maker waffle maker just everything you can think off. There is coffee place like 3 min walking distance and a mini market that has everything as well next to the coffe shop. Beach was a good 10 min walk from the house . It was so convienent to the village and the finish line. The listing description was spot on, and the house was just lovely. The fact that all we had to do when leaving was run the dishwasher and takeout the trash was amazing, as we were all wornout by then, I could not resommend this place highly enough.
