A beach vacation paradise! The Space: I. The Main House This charming two-story Spanish-style home offers stunning ocean views from multiple windows, decks, and balconies. The lower level features a two-car garage and a spacious north-facing layout that includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a dedicated office space. On the south side, you’ll find a cozy piano room, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite spans the south wing with a full bath and generous walk-in closet. The north wing includes a bedroom with twin bunk beds, a convenient adjoining laundry room, and a fun-filled game area—perfect for families. II. The Cozy Cottage Ideal for a couple or a family with older children (ages 8+), the Cottage offers a king bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. While the two rooms share an open layout without a separating door, the space is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. III.
