    This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is on the third floor (no elevator) and has an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and dining area - great for entertaining! The living room features a comfy sectional sofa, a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you up to date with your favorite series, and balcony access to unwind with a favorite beverage, play board games, and simply relax. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - three of the four bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms.
    Additional perks include a stacked washer and dryer, fast high-speed Wi-Fi, and a guest starter pack stocked with toiletries for each bathroom, a laundry detergent packet, dishwashing packet, sponges, and a paper towel roll. Please note that the starter pack is not intended to cover your entire stay, but rather serves as a welcome package to help you get settled upon arrival.

    Guests at Bethany Bay can enjoy a range of community amenities, including access to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball, volleyball courts, and basketball courts. The house was spacious, very clean and attractively decorated. Probably one of the nicest rentals we've had. The walking path around the property was perfect for my 5yr olds bike. We had some trouble getting pool passes, but we're eventually let into the pool by some neighbors.
