Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. We had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday at this condo. We loved the views and appreciated the unscented products stipulation and I am very sensitive to scents. The condo was well stocked and since we were out of town, we appreciated the towels and the linens provided. I had a question for the host and the call was immediately returned. We hope to return to this condo in the future.

Clean and family friendly

The condo was laid out well and clean. The pool was awesome and large enough that it never felt crowded. Beautiful views and plenty of wildlife to see on bike rides.

Great stay at a wonderful property with a bayside view

Very clean property in a great location. Enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, sitting on the porch and viewing the bay, and close proximity to Bethany beach. Will definitely come back soon.

Great property! Will definitely consider staying again, only longer! Close to some great kayaking spots! Clean, VERY well equipped, love the screen porch, great for watching the wildlife.

Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

My husband, kids, and I spent a few nights in this beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, spacious, and we loved the beach theme! The views off the screened in porch were breathtaking! Very peaceful property! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We’ll definitely be back!

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Peaceful and beautiful!

The weather did not cooperate so it was nice that the property was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time just watching and listening to birds in the marsh. You could never really tire of that view! (Well I couldn't anyway!) Cozy and beautiful- I'd definitely stay again! Had many conveniences like cooking implements and even a washer and dryer. Great place!

Beautiful View

This was a cute property and we enjoyed our stay. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating.

Spring Getaway

My partner, sister and I spent 5 days in this beautiful condo in May of 2024. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season. We would definitely would like to rent this place again on our next trip to the Bethany Beach area.

Beautiful condo in a great community! Hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was easy which made our trip wonderful :) we loved the pool, the location was nice with an easy drive to the beach, and many local restaurants. Will absolutely be back!
