- When you need a relaxing beach get away, look no further. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay and very close to Bethany Beach. The views from our roof top decks will inspire your journey to relaxation. Our property has outdoor ring spotlight/doorbell cameras for your safety.

Linens and other items can be rented locally at https://www.coastalbeachservices.com/bethany-beach-linen-rentals/ You can call them at (302) 260-7021. They drop off Linens at the house and pick them up when you are done. Very easy and they rent anything else you might need. check out their website. Other linen rental companies are available locally.

No Tenant personal watercraft (boats,campers,RV,jet skis etc.) may be brought to the house, parked in front the house, in the driveway or at the dock.
No pets are permitted. No smoking is permitted on the property or with in 100 feet of the house. No parking under the house at anytime.Obey all signs
