"New building, nice large rooms and comfy bed. Easy enough walk to sites, food or bus stops, otherwise a quiet area and nice enough stay. Oddly no proper coffee cups avaliable , even at restaurant. Disappointing for coffee or tea lovers. No laundry on premises either. "

"Staffs are polite & helpful. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean but lacking amenities. We had to go out to buy toothbrushes & toothpaste. A/C control seems not working well. Seems like A/C is automatically adjusted by itself instead of adhering to manual settings. "

"The hot tub is 10000 per hour. He only wants you to use 1 hour at a time. He forgot to turn on the heat for the water on the second day"

"We had a room with the lake view and it was so beautiful throughout the day and night. Room was spacious and clean. Walking around the lake was great at any time of the day. Just beautiful!! The only thing I would ask the hotel to improve is the bathroom lighting. There’s only one light and it was too dark for ladies’morning makeup rituals. There’s no other proper mirrors in the room for an alternative. We had a lunch Buffett and it was pricey but well worth it. The quality of the food options were exceptional. It was a great stay and Kyeongju is now my favorite city in Korea!"

"This place is very huge and clean. I really liked the dog park and the cafeteria, and the coffee was so good. If you have a dog, I highly recommend visiting at least once. If I get the chance, I plan to go there every year."
