This place is very huge and clean. I really liked the dog park and the cafeteria, and the coffee was so good. If you have a dog, I highly recommend visiting at least once. If I get the chance, I plan to go there every year.

We did not bring a dog but a total hoot (bark) to be among devoted dog owners and their pets at the hotel. Great concept and just fine for just humans. Loved being in the lake during our visit. All good!

반려견과 함께 투숙할 수 있어서 좋았고 세심한 배려들이 느껴져서 좋았어요. 다만 편의점정도가 있다면 투숙하는 데 더 편할 것 같았어요. 카페가 있는데 일찍 마감을 해서 조금 불편했습니다.

애견동반 호텔로 완벽했습니다 모든 시설이 애견동반을 위해 잘 이루어져있었어요 매너밸트를 따로 준비해둔 실내놀이터에서부터 앨리베이터의 상황을 보여쥬는 모니터, 물놀이장까지 있는 야외놀이터까지 아주 행복한 여행을 하고 왔습니다

펫호텔인데 전혀 개 냄새가 나지 않아 너무 좋았습니다. 음식도 너무 맛있고 애견동반 할 수 없는 관광지 갈 때는 유치원에 맡기고 가면 되고(투숙객 할인이 있음) 너무 만족스러웠어요. 다음에도 방문하고 싶습니다.

숙박요금은 근처의 5성급과 비슷하나 서비스는 최악입니다( 리셉션직원의 무표정표정과 강압적인말투와 방열쇠도 2명이 와도 1개만 줌) 이렇게 시설을 갖추고 이정도의 서비스밖에 못한다는게 안타까울정도 예요 좋은시설전에 친절한 서비스가 있어야 합니다
