Sunset Harbour B is a waterfront townhouse in peaceful North Ocean City, located just off of Route 54 and along the border of neighboring Fenwick Island, DE. You'll feel right at home in this 1, 544-square-foot property which offers a comfy, open-concept living area with an adjoining kitchen, dining area, and sunroom. Step outside onto your private waterfront deck with beautiful views of the canal and bay in the distance, great for enjoying your coffee in the morning or drinks as the sun sets in the evening. Sit back and experience the relaxing atmosphere as the waterfowl and boats cruise by throughout the day. This location offers great spots for crabbing and fishing and easy access to the bay. Additional amenities include free WiFi, two TVs, and an upper balcony with waterfront views off of the main bedroom.
The beach is just a short walk or bike ride away (three-quarters of a mile). North Ocean City and neighboring Fenwick Island, DE offer many things to see and do. Take the kids to nearby Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark for a day of thrills, take a tour through the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse, or head to Northside Park to enjoy the big playground, walking paths, and fishing/crabbing pier. Stuck with a rainy day, or just want to beat the heat? Challenge the family to a round of bowling at Alley Oops or mini-golf at Old Pro Golf indoor golf facility, or just relax with a movie and popcorn at Sun & Surf Cinema. Golfers also have easy access to a number of area golf courses, such as Bayside, four miles down Route 54. Guests will have all of this and still be just a short drive or bus ride to the Boardwalk in downtown Ocean City.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). You can’t beat this location. Spacious and comfortable home. Deck overlooking the bay, while being less than a mile from the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The house is in need of some attention, kitchen high hat lights out, microwave panel taped together, deck Fig tree overgrown and weeds greeting you on the back steps.

#### Market Place Furniture with side of Urine
The view was fantastic! Everything else is a disaster. We arrived to the home with excitement. We typically stay oceanside but this view online drew us. However, upon arrival we noticed most of the furniture was old and well loved. The beds and mattresses sank in. The shower curtain and rings look like they had been there for years. The water from the faucet came out in drips. Only one bathroom had hot water. The dryer doesn’t dry you have to put it on 2 cycles for it to work. The floors were dirty. The furniture on the decks were terrible. We were nervous to sit in the chairs. No tables. No way to hang outside with your family. But you didn’t want to. Because what was the worst dog urine smell everywhere. You couldn’t sit outside with out the strong smell let alone the floors or outside being bare foot. Imagine having that view only to smell urine. Don’t plan on using the kitchen because everything is mismatched and used to the point where it really needs to be thrown away. The knives and the spoons are in different drawers. There was no order and we could hardly find anything without searching. Even the coffee pot was ancient. We will not recommend this rental nor rent it again. I will say the neighborhood was beautiful. And we felt safe there.

#### Nice location….but not clean!!
The property is located in a wonderful spot, great water view, close to beach! As you go inside, a horrible smell and the place was very dirty. A drawer was broken in kitchen. Upstairs master the shower curtain was laying in a rumpled pile, toilet was clogged. TVs upstairs did not work. Upon inspecting contacted the management co. They did come out to fix shower curtain, but nothing else was repaired. After opening windows and letting them open the horrible smell became more bearable. The property is in a great location, just needs cleaned and smell removed!

#### Smokey smelling house with no boat lift access
Upon arriving it was inconvenient to have to go to Vacasa to get the keys instead of using a key code or lock box. Wasted time driving there and then driving back to the house. Upon entering the home for the first time, we were hit with a strong cigarette smell though our the house. We were told it was a non-smoking facility. When we called to complain, they said they would send somebody out and although they did, the smoke smell remained throughout the stay. That smell is disgusting especially for a family with children. The house is on the water but signs posted said not to access the boat lift. We have friends that live in OC and we’re picking us up in their boat. That was one of the reasons we picked this house to rent in the first place. Overall the house is very outdated. We will not stay here on future trips or recommend the house to friends or family.

#### Close to fun, but quiet!
We enjoyed this location because it was close to Fenwick shopping and attractions as well as some good restaurants....and not very far from the beach, but a quiet neighborhood. The best part of the house is the deck, followed by the large kitchen and dining room/ living area. It needs a few "fix ups" , but nothing major.

we loved this place its quiet and spacious and has everything you need . the only thing I would change is to have more trash cans in the bathrooms and a bigger trash can in the kitchen. More cooking utensils this place is great. We will be renting again.

Many opportunities regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Wall electrical covers missing, many lights out, numerous cosmetic needs. Found hair in MBath tub, sawdust in lower powder room, stains on kitchen floor by trash can, trash under furniture, etc...

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the view was very pretty. The beds are comfortable! Lots of space. It was 4 of us who stayed here and we all had plenty of space. The bathtub in the master was very enjoyable, deep tub, very relaxing. Thank you for the stay!

We enjoyed the stay . The location is perfect , close enough to the beach and far enough from the big ocean city crowds . The back of the house is magnificent. You can enjoy a nice romantic dinner on the deck and watch the sunset . Overall , a great family get away and will definitely come back .
