Everyone had enough room, the house was clean, the host was friendly and helpful, and the location to beach is perfect. We übered to boardwalk as we opted to stay here, up a little ways from the hustle and bustle of it all. No streets to cross to access the beach, just a short walk out the front door and your toes are in the sand. And, right across the street is a Dunkin’, Fractured Prune, a pizza place, and more. Comfortable beds and couch. Nice TV action to watch sports while you relax. Convenient to beach and mini mart across the street. We were close to plenty of restaurants, check in was very simple, communication was great, and the property was clean. The only suggestion would be to fix the smoke alarm in the queen bedroom with the bathroom on the top floor - it appeared to be missing. ##### Molly M.
