The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of stainless appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. The table is set for everyone inside, or you can enjoy waterfront dining with views of the canal and bay at the table on the back deck. In the evenings, share a family movie night on the huge, wall-mounted smart TV in the living room before calling it a night. Each upstairs bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a private deck/balcony. SHARED AMENITIES \-Pool \-Charcoal grill THINGS TO KNOW For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room. The fireplace is non-functional and for decorative purposes only. Grills are not allowed on decks or surrounding property. Community charcoal grills are available by the pool. The dock is not available for guest use/access. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. When we arrived the floors were very dirty, as was the stove. Comfortable beds but not much space in the rooms to use the pull outs. The pull outs were very difficult to get out from under the beds. The barn door to the mast bath had holes in it. It also kept falling off of the tracking. Cleaning service came back the morning after check-in to clean the floors but they were still quite dirty. A thorough professional deep clean and some maintenance would do well for this rental. ##### Tabatha M. Although it had a ton of potential it was a mess. Multiple things broken. Place was dirty. Cleaning lady was there 45 min past check in and got there 10 min before check in. I’m sorry but I person cleaning a trashed place for less than an hr while she’s talking to you because she feels bad is not good enough. Place still felt gross but she was super nice. I expect more from a 600$ a night rental. Bed situation was also very misleading. All bunk beds with pull outs. Everything in the house was cheap and the supplies they give you are a joke.
