"We really liked this hotel! It was in a good location. We were able to easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, and surrounding restaurants. 5-10 minute drive to all major attractions and restaurants as well. The staff were very friendly during the check-in process and the room was very clean! All of the amenities were great. We did use the stairs a good bit as the elevator was a bit slow. The parking was tight but could find a spot very easily every time we came back in the evening."

"I really enjoyed my stay there...although I was surprised about the $10 per day for parking...other than that, the restaurants, poolside bar, arcade, stores, etc... that they have within the hotel was awesome...one of the best hotels I stayed in OCMD...10th floor direct oceanfront view...amazing!"

"Our room was at the complete end of the hall, not a huge problem, but definitely made every trip in or out have purpose. The nightly entertainment on the pool deck was nice. The attached restaurant was a nice amenity as well. Room size left a little to be desired, but since we did not spend much time there it was ok"

"Location, room had a microwave and refrigerator in the bathrooms, while a bit small, were clean and well stocked. The pool is indoor and not well ventilated. It wouldn’t have been a problem except it was a jellyfish infestation on the beach, so an outdoor pool would’ve been ideal."

"Been here a couple times before with absolutely zero issues. This time however, we had to speak with the front desk late evening/night staff. It was a big misunderstanding on their part, but was not handled well at all by the two sitting at the front desk on Wednesday(08/13). The young man needs some serious customer service training and the young lady should be fired on the spot. There is absolutely no excuse on how disrespectful she was to my wife. We were completely in shock and quite frankly, it ruined the evening. With that being said, and due to all the other great staff and facilities, I would return."

Elevator was slow and didn’t seem to work properly for the floor number you push , we would push 6 from 2 nd floor and it would go down to the basement. The carts to bring your items to you room were pathetic and not user friendly"
