"It was very nice. The hotel is quite. And the sevice people was patience and good hearted. I very much enjoy fron a lady call 'vanya'. That working in the reception.The hotel is near the center. 10 minute walking from the beach. The food was very good. I want to say that we order transformation from the airport to the hotel. And no body came to take us. So we needed to take a taxi. Bat I very much recommended to take this hotel. I will come again."

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. "The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!"
