It should have received full marks, but unfortunately, one point has to be deducted because we didn't receive any fresh hand and bath towels or additional garbage bags during our 12-day stay. This is the case whether you book just one night in the apartment or, like us (two people), 12 days. The receptionist said you could pay extra for these items. However, this should really be included in the rental price and length of stay. After a lengthy discussion, the receptionist did give us two garbage bags as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, hand and bath towels were not provided. Management urgently needs to address this issue. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we will book again.
