"Our whole experience at the Blu was great. To our fave waiter each evening making one of his signature drink we named Swiss Sunset to the staff helping us with our ice fixation and switching out towels. Everyone was so accommodating not to mention it smells amazing when you walk in and not like a musty hotel. It’s so close to tours and the train station and the nice hot shower with lots of water pressure was nice after a long day. The fridge was great for a stash of drinks and chocolates. Would stay there again for sure!

"Staff is what made my stay so special. Very kind, helpful, amenable. There is NO air conditioning. Rooms are small and circulation is almost nonexistent so beware if booking during summer. Decent breakfast spread. Great location, convenient and near major points of interest. The staff truly did make the stay so comfortable and I would recommend the hotel to anyone outside summer season."
"The hotel is small but clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and provided some suggestions for excursions and Discounts with the hotel card. The room is very small with no real counter space or closet. They also did not have a luggage rack. There is no refrigerator in the room or ice machines on any of the guest floors but you can request some ice at the bar in the lobby. They give it to you in a small
Plastic bag. It would have been nice to at least have an ice bucket to keep the ice and a few beverages in. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety to select from- both hot and cold items including fresh fruit and a self- service coffee station."
