The apartment is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, a full set of dishes, glasses, and tea towels. The bathroom is stocked with hand and bath towels, a hair dryer, and toilet paper as a starter kit. The beds are freshly made. An additional linen change is available upon request for a fee. From the furnished balcony, equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and meadows—the perfect spot to relax, enjoy breakfast, or have a glass of wine in the evening.

Thanks to its location on the 2nd floor of the residential complex, this exclusive and spacious holiday apartment enjoys a quiet setting. The 2 1/2-room apartment No. 53 (50 square metres) with a southwest view of the Brünnstein consists of a bedroom, a dining room with a kitchenette, and a living room. All facilities available in the building—such as the indoor swimming pool (30°, 12 x 6 m), sauna, fitness room, sunroom, library, table tennis room, children’s playroom, and sunbathing area with lounge chairs—are available free of charge. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, a tanning bed, a payphone, and Wi-Fi accessible within the apartment are available for a fee. You can also use the building’s bread roll delivery service free of charge. The holiday apartment is fully furnished and equipped with towels, bed linens, dishes, a mini-stove, a radio, and an HD flat-screen TV; as a non-smoking apartment, it is also preferred by people with allergies. An underground parking space (space no. 31) is also reserved exclusively for you.
