Covering an area of approximately 53 m2, this holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a cozy bedroom with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with shower/WC, and a large, light-filled living/dining room with a sofa bed (box spring couch) and smart TV. This gives you access to all German-language and English-language HD channels, as well as a library of approx. 20.000 films and series. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare culinary delights. On the adjoining terrace with deck chairs and seating, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and relax wonderfully. A washing machine with dryer function is available in the apartment. We are happy to provide a high chair on request. You can park your car in the underground garage belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). Here you will also find the lockable bicycle storage room and a storage room for skis and hiking boots with charging facilities for E-bike batteries. The elevator provides barrier-free access directly to your vacation apartment. The "Am Kofel" holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area slightly above the center of Oberammergau, directly at the foot of Oberammergau's local mountain, the Kofel. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play theater and much more), the tourist information office, the train station, and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary enjoyment during your vacation. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum, weil alles da ist was benötigt wird, z.B. Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Salz, Tee, Kaffee und sogar eine Packung Nudeln. Was noch sehr nett war, eine Flasche Wasser und Bier standen im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Außerdem Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Waschmittel. Die Lage der Wohnung darf auch nicht außer Acht gelassen werden, ein Parkplatz vor der Wohnung oder eine toller Garagenstellplatz kann genutzt werden. Die Königs Card haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen und die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden. Es fühlt sich mehr an wie ein Zuhause als eine Ferienwohnung :-) Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, alles ist noch so neu, die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wenn 2 gleichzeitig in der Küche zugange sind, ist es ein wenig eng, aber damit konnten wir uns gut arrangieren. Bedingt durch die Lage in einer Sackgasse ist es sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Ortskern ist zu Fuss in 10-15min erreichbar. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind vorhanden. Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind auch flott zu erreichen und es gibt so viel zu entdecken. Es gibt alles in der Wohnung was eine Familie für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht und alles ist neu, sauber und funktionell. Garagenglockenwohnung mit Fahrstuhlverbindung zur Wohnung ist eine ausgezeichnete Lösung für Rollstuhlgängige Anlage. Gastgeber (Manuela) waren jederzeit zur Stelle während des Aufenthaltes. Die Ferienwohung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde bei der gemschmackvollen Einrichtung sowie der Ausstattung wirklich an alles gedacht. Sehr komfortabel ist der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz der über einen Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung führt. Das erspart zudem im Winter das Eis kratzen. Das Bett ist super bequem, die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und das Bad war gross genug inkl. Waschmaschine und Stauraum.
