Covering an area of ​​approximately 105 square meters, this maisonette apartment (ground floor and basement) offers you a generous amount of space: 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Italian porcelain stoneware and furnishings from Villeroy & Boch as well as a large living room with high-quality parquet made of oiled oak floorboards and designer -Furniture (Brühl & Sippolt, Rolf Benz), large TV and soundbar await you. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A sauna in the basement invites you to relax, sauna towels are available for you. On the 3 outdoor terraces of this apartment you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
The house has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). The elevator takes you directly to your holiday apartment without barriers.
The “Friedenshöhe” apartment house is in a very quiet location just above the center of Oberammergau. Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful spacious modern apartment with a spectacular view and fantastic location. The unit is fitted with very nice modern appliances and a sauna. There are actually 2.5 bathrooms in the unit and the unit includes a very nice large TV and a higher-end Canton audio system that sounds great that allows for Bluetooth connectivity. Very high-speed interest service. (300 megabytes/sec). Great communication with the hostess and was able to do effortless contactless entry. A great place for two couples or for families. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben gerade einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und sind absolut begeistert! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jedes Detail wurde mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt gestaltet, was sofort ein heimisches Gefühl vermittelt hat. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Betten, moderne Bäder ( Sauna) und sogar eine kleine Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Alles war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, aber in Wirklichkeit sogar noch besser! Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Een geweldige week in een ruim en riant appartementen verblijf met een levend schilderij als uitzicht op de berg door de vele weersinvloeden als mist, zon, bewolking etc. Het dorp met restaurants is op loopafstand 1km heen en 1km terug ongeveer. Verder kun je de auto in het najaar goed kwijt, is de natuur mooi en zit je op rijafstand van vele activiteiten als Kristalwellten, De rodelbaan in Oberammergau, wandelroutes, de Zugspitze etc Ook verliep de incheck en uitcheck goed met het kastje waarin de sleutel lag met code en had je snel contact met de hosts. Een aanrader! Wel met meerdere dan zijn de kosten te delen:).

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Wir haben in der Wohnung einen zauberhaften Urlaub/ Flitterwochen verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, aber man ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Der Ausblick vom Balkon/ Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn, direkt der Kofel. Ab dort kann man wunderbar wandern. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen 🙂
