"Receptionist informative and very pleasant. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast, plenty of choice but a bit disappointing. Alot of the cooked food was, at most, tepid if not cold. My bacon was tough from being left in heat too long. Not a good way to start my day."

    "Reception manager was so kind as I was unwell with a migraine. Just needed to sleep. They let us have our room 3 hours early and had even pulled all the curtains to make the room dark for me. Kind. Next day the same man asked if I was better. Chef came to personally ask if everything was ok during breakfast. Seemed to be a family business with more of a personal touch unlike the service in a big chain hotel. "
