"Very nice hotel. Staff were pleasant & offered to take our bags up to the room as it was on the 2nd floor & there was no lift. "Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing renovation and it caused some disruption to our service. Spa treatment was a big disappointment.
